Wilson has been sidelined since the start of spring training with a left oblique strain.

Wilson’s versatility makes him an asset, and his recent history with the team is a good indicator of the confidence the Phillies have in him. He started in left field for the Phillies during Game 4 of the NLDS against the Mets, showcasing his capability at the major league level.
