Sir David Beckham melted hearts as he called wife Victoria “My Lady” while celebrating his knighthood with an intimate family dinner at Gordon Ramsay’s Chelsea restaurant.

The football legend, 50, who received the honour from King Charles at Windsor Castle earlier this week, gave fans an inside look at the glamorous yet emotional evening — thanking his long-time friend Gordon, 58, and wife Tana for making the night “extra special.”

Posting on Instagram, David shared a series of photos showing him proudly wearing his investiture medal while clinking glasses with Victoria and Ramsay. He captioned the post: “Thank you to this incredible team who made a special night even more special. Thank you to Gordon and Tana for making this possible.”

Victoria, 51, who had swapped her navy day dress for a sleek black floor-length gown, later shared her own post, revealing that David had surprised her atelier team earlier that day to thank them personally for crafting his custom Windsor suit.

A source told the Daily Mail that Gordon insisted on hosting the event as his personal gift to his best friend. “As David’s best friend, Gordon decided the best gift was to throw him a wonderful dinner,” the insider revealed. “David was there with Victoria, their children, his parents, and Victoria’s family — it was a truly proud night.”

However, not everyone in the Beckham clan was present. Eldest son Brooklyn, 26, and wife Nicola Peltz, 30, once again skipped the celebrations and have yet to publicly acknowledge David’s knighthood — deepening rumours of an ongoing family rift.

In contrast, Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 20, proudly toasted their father, while 14-year-old Harper looked radiant in a lilac silk dress from her mum’s fashion label. Romeo’s post summed up the family’s pride: “No one deserves this more than you. Love you so much, congrats Sir Dad.”

Victoria’s emotional tribute to her husband added: “David, from the moment I met you 28 years ago, you’ve always been so proud to represent your country. Whether on or off the pitch, no one loves England or respects our Royal Family more. To see you honoured by The King is something I’ll forever cherish.”

For the Beckhams, it was a night of love, loyalty, and legacy — even with one seat left heartbreakingly empty.
