After a drab 1-0 loss at St. James Park, where we finished the game with just one chance on goal in the entire ninety minutes, Arsenal now appears to be outsiders for the championship. With only one point from our last three games and several of our best players appearing far below their typical level, itā€™s impossible to tell what has gone wrong for Arteta. At this point, they barely seem like contenders. Mikel Artetaā€™s statement to the media that his team was just not good enough, especially after Newcastle took the lead after just 12 minutes, was not surprising to me because I couldnā€™t fathom him defending our performance.
