Arsenal reportedly made a Deadline Day approach for Stoke City defender Jaden Dixon as they sought a replacement for Ayden Heaven, who joined Manchester United in January. According to Football Insider, the Gunners remain interested in Dixon and could revive their pursuit in the summer transfer window.
Dixon, 17, has experienced a meteoric rise over the past year, establishing himself as a key member of Stoke’s senior squad. Having joined the club from Tottenham Hotspur’s academy in 2023, he made his first appearance on the senior bench in a match against Leicester City last October.
The versatile defender, who can operate both at centre-back and right-back, has been training regularly with the first team since midway through last season and signed his first professional contract with Stoke last summer.
