The 20 Premier League teams were informed of their opponents for their first games in the oldest football cup tournament when the third round draw for the FA Cup was made. At this point, all 24 Championship teams and the 20 top-flight teams join the 20 clubs that advanced from the second round this weekend, which also includes Tamworth and Dagenham & Redbridge, the last non-league representatives.

In a replay of the 2005 FA Cup final, won by Arsenal on penalties, new Man Utd boss Ruben Amorim will take on the club who have won the competition a record 14 times, including in Mikel Arteta’s first year in charge.
