Breaking: HEAT SIGN MYRON GARDNER TO TWO-WAY CONTRACT

The Miami HEAT announced today that they have signed forward Myron Gardner to a Two-Way deal. As per club policy, the terms of the agreement were not made public.

 

Gardner recently participated in four Summer League games (two as a starter) with the HEAT, featuring two in the California Classic in San Francisco and two in the NBA2K26 in Las Vegas. He averaged 13.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.75 steals, and 1.8 assists while shooting 50 percent from the field, a team-best 61.5 percent from beyond the arc, and a flawless 7-of-7 from the free-throw line. He achieved a team-high of 11 steals and recorded double-digit points in three out of the four games.

 

Last season, Gardner played in 34 G League regular season games (16 as a starter) for the Osceola Magic, averaging 12.1 points, 6.9 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.24 steals, and 23.4 minutes, with a shooting percentage of 52.5 from the field. He assisted the team in achieving a 22-12 record and securing the top seed in the Eastern Conference by scoring in double figures 19 times, featuring six games with 20 points and two games with 30 points. He recorded double-digit rebounds five times and achieved four double-doubles. Furthermore, Gardner recorded a season-best seven steals on March 22 and concluded the season with a +63 plus/minus.
