John Eustace will be in charge of his first transfer window since taking charge of the club back in February.
The 45-year-old oversaw their survival in the second tier in the previous campaign, with the team finishing 19th in the table, one point clear of the bottom three.
The Rams will now be looking to bolster their squad in the transfer market in order to avoid another relegation battle in the upcoming term.
When asked what a nightmare scenario for the club might look like this summer, FLW’s Derby fan pundit Shaun Woodward suggested a failure to bolster their attacking options.
He believes up to three or four new forwards need to join Eustace’s side, or else they will be in trouble next season.
“A nightmare scenario for Derby now would be to not bring in any forwards or wide players,” Woodward told Football League World.
“We’ve been crying out for them for the last season-and-a-half.
