Scottish champions Celtic have initiated talks to bring back Arsenal defender Kieran Tierney, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has confirmed.
Tierney, who left Celtic for Arsenal in 2019, has endured a challenging five-year stint at the Emirates due to recurring injuries. The 27-year-old spent the 2023/24 season on loan at Real Sociedad, where he gained valuable experience in La Liga.
Upon his return to Arsenal, Tierney marked his 125th appearance for the club in a Carabao Cup quarter-final win over Crystal Palace but was substituted in the 69th minute after sustaining another injury.
