Odegaard on fatherhood: “Yeah I think so. I think having a baby is the biggest gift and most beautiful thing in life. That will take your mind off everything else when you’re there in that moment”
Odegaard on what was learnt from last season’s Champions League: “I think that’s the feeling in the squad. Everyone is believing in what we’re doing and we have confidence in the team. We wanted to go all the way and we didn’t We have to take the lessons and make sure we get better. We believe in what we’re doing and hopefully this can be the year”
Odegaard on Nwaneri: “I’ve been trying to help him in many different ways. For a young player sometimes it’s best to help him be himself and don’t be too much on him. For him it’s about showing his talent and keep on going. For his age to play with such confidence and eagerness I’m really proud of him. He will just get better and better.”
Odegaard on how good Nwaneri is: “I don’t want to put too much pressure on him but he’s an unbelievable player. I don’t see him as a talent I see him as a really good player.”
