REAL MADRID COACH SENDS PUBLIC CONGRATULATIONS TO XABI ALONSO FOR BUNDESLIGA TITLE

A member of the coaching setup at La Liga giants Real Madrid has this evening taken to social media, to send a congratulatory message to Xabi Alonso.

This, of course, comes on what has proven a historic day for the Spaniard in the dugout.

As much comes amid a campaign which, incredibly, has seen Bayer go unbeaten across all competitions to date.

Messages of congratulations, in turn, have since poured in across social media, as Alonso continues to build for himself a reputation as one of the continent’s standout young managers.

Alonso, of course, spent five years of his iconic playing career lining out in the colours of Real, from 2009 to 2014.

Across both this stint, and his previous at Liverpool, the now-42-year-old shared the pitch with fellow countryman Álvaro Arbeloa.

In turn, Arbeloa – the current manager of Real Madrid’s Juvenil A side – took to his official ‘X’ account a short time ago, to pass on his congratulations to Alonso:
