FORMER REFEREE DEFENDS ARSENAL FRUSTRATIONS OVER ANTHONY TAYLOR’S OFFICIATING AGAINST LIVERPOOL

Arsenal fans’ frustrations over referee Anthony Taylor’s decisions in their 2-2 draw with Liverpool on Sunday have been deemed valid by a former Premier League referee. However, the ex-official, Mike Dean, clarified that there is no conspiracy against the Gunners.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Dean said Taylor had a generally good performance, though some fans would disagree.

During the match at the Emirates Stadium, Taylor appeared to overlook multiple incidents involving Liverpool’s Luis Diaz, who kicked the ball away on several occasions without punishment. This sparked discussions among Arsenal fans, especially since Declan Rice and Leandro Trossard were recently penalised for similar actions, leading to red cards.
