Victoria Beckham’s Paris Fashion Week show was meant to be a celebration of unity — but once again, her eldest son Brooklyn was nowhere to be seen. While the rest of the Beckham clan — David, Romeo, Cruz and Harper — proudly sat front row, Brooklyn stayed in Los Angeles, posting a gushing tribute to wife Nicola Peltz instead.
The 26-year-old chef appeared unfazed by the ongoing rift with his famous family. Just hours after Victoria broke her silence on family feuds — empathising with Oasis brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher and saying, “As a mum, it must be such a relief to see your boys finally talking again” — Brooklyn shared a selfie with Nicola, writing: “Date night with my girl ❤️.”
Victoria’s heartfelt comment, published in The Sunday Times, was widely seen as a veiled reflection on her own strained bond with Brooklyn. The designer was said to be “heartbroken but hopeful” that her son would one day reunite with the family.
It’s not the first time Brooklyn has fuelled speculation of distance. He skipped David’s 50th birthday, ignored his father’s knighthood announcement, and missed several family milestones. Even during his vow renewal ceremony this summer, he reportedly failed to invite his parents.
Meanwhile, Victoria is preparing for the release of her new Netflix documentary — one that reportedly touches on motherhood, fame, and forgiveness. Friends say the rift with Brooklyn remains the “one chapter” she wishes she could rewrite.
Brooklyn, however, seems focused solely on Nicola. Asked recently about the feud, he brushed it off, saying, “Me and her, we just do our thing. We’re happy. Everyone’s always going to say rubbish.”
As the Beckhams close ranks in Paris, fans can’t help but notice the silence from across the Atlantic — a silence that, for Victoria, may speak louder than any fashion statement.
