Victoria Beckham may be making the first move to heal her fractured relationship with her eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham, after fans spotted a subtle but heartfelt gesture online.

The 50-year-old fashion designer, who’s been busy promoting her Netflix documentary and appearing on the Call Her Daddy podcast, recently “liked” Brooklyn’s new Instagram video, where the 26-year-old showed off his culinary skills by making buttermilk pancakes.

Brooklyn, who has been living in the US with his wife Nicola Peltz, has long been at the center of rumours about a tense rift between him and the rest of the Beckham clan after skipping several major family events this year.

But Victoria’s simple act didn’t go unnoticed by fans. One user commented, “Your mum just liked the post. They miss you — just give them a call.” Another added, “Make up with your family, you’ll feel much happier.”

Both Victoria and David Beckham clicked the like button on Brooklyn’s post, sparking hopes that the family’s frosty relations may finally be thawing.

Speaking on Call Her Daddy, Victoria reflected on how she and David are handling their children’s independence. “We’re such a close family,” she said. “Communication is key, and we always let them know that whatever they want to talk about, this is a safe space. But they’ve got to go on their own journeys themselves.”

However, a source recently told US Weekly that the situation may still be tense behind the scenes. The insider claimed Brooklyn and Nicola are “focused on living a peaceful, drama-free life” and “want to let things settle naturally rather than trying to fix something that still feels tense.”

The same source described a “huge rift” still hanging over the Beckham household and hinted that communication between Brooklyn and his younger siblings — including Harper Seven — remains limited.

Still, with Victoria’s quiet olive branch, fans are holding out hope that family love may eventually overcome pride.
