You can see’ – Leandro Trossard sends message to Mikel Arteta about Arsenal performances

Leandro Trossard says he is enjoying his succinct form for Arsenal this season and believes he has been a reflection of consistency during his spell at the Gunners.

Trossard has played in every Premier League and Champions League game so far this season, although has started just five of his nine appearances. He has scored twice and assisted once in around 450 minutes of football this term.

The Belgian usurped Gabriel Martinelli on the left flank towards the end of last season but has been swapped in and out for the Brazilian during the opening few months of the new campaign. Trossard has also been used centrally in recent matches amid the former injury to backup striker Gabriel Jesus and the current setback for attacking midfielder Martin Odegaard.

Arsenal are unbeaten in 10 games across all competitions and the team’s good run is contributing to Trossard’s own healthy form, the player says. He has also claimed that his personal levels have not dropped since his arrival in January 2023.

“I’ve been at Arsenal for two years now and so far, I have delivered fairly consistent performances,” the 29-year-old told native media outlet Het Belang van Limburg.

“The team is also doing well at the moment, so it is easy for me. In any case, I feel good about myself, and you can see that on the pitch.”
